• Decades of experience in and to the United States Navy - from Active Duty Service, to Naval Ship Design and Shipbuilding, to Ship Technology and Component Systems & Equipment design & manufacturing, to service as Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Shipbuilding & Logistics
• Decades of experience in the United States Merchant Marine, serving as Licensed Officers in both Engineering and Deck positions, including lengthy service as Chief Engineer of the US Navy Military Sealift Command's premier Underway Replenishment Ships
